How to Order:
1) Fill in the Name and Address fields. Telephone number is optional but all
other fields are required.
2) Check the box(es) next to the item(s) you wish to order.
3) In the comments field indicate your preferred payment method from the
following list:

Personal check (allow 10 days from receipt to clear the bank)

Money Order (order will ship immediatedly upon receipt)

Paypal (order ships once transfer has been successfully made)
Also include your shipping preference:

USPS Priority or Parcel Post with Delivery Confirmation and Tracking Number

UPS Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air or Overnight

Federal Express
(I insist on tracking numbers and delivery confirmation for your protection and
mine. Insurance is optional and suggested, but not required.)
Within 24 hours of your initial order I will confirm availability of product(s)
and an order total including exact shipping.
Once payment is received your order will ship and I will e-mail you a tracking
number.
Custom Orders must be pre-paid and a reasonable time estimate will be given.
These items may ship separately from the main order.
